It is more of a working space where we handle all the equipment and the parts. We have boxes of treadmills and exercise bikes coming in and out. The office itself is a bit small and can get quite cluttered with tools and manuals. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with customers who need help with their machines. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Dilshad Colony is a lively area, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. Our building is a bit older and the stairs are a bit steep.
