Caravan Roadways Ltd. is based out of Rani Bagh, specifically at Wz-1579. Piyush Sharma is usually the one you'll see around the office here. Rani Bagh is a tight-knit area with a lot of shops and homes all mixed together. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we keep track of trucks and shipments. There are always clipboards hanging on the walls and a thick layer of paperwork on the desks. Since we deal with transport, things are always moving. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers on their mobile phones, trying to figure out where they are and when they’ll arrive. The traffic in Delhi is a constant headache for us, so there’s a lot of talk about which roads are blocked or where the new construction is happening. We don't have a big fleet of shiny new cars out front. It’s more about logs, fuel receipts, and making sure the cargo gets where it needs to go. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the vehicles coming and going nearby. We have a small bench outside where we sit and have tea when things get too hectic inside. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want to make sure the work is handled right and the drivers are okay. It’s a lot of coordination and simple problem-solving every single day. We keep the trucks moving as best as we can.
