Capital City Travels

Capital City Travels is located at Wz-124 in Kham Pur, West Patel Nagar. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a while now. The 110008 zip code is where we call home. Our office is a small room with a couple of chairs and a big map on the wall that’s started to fade a little at the edges. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from bus tickets to longer trips. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We know the neighbors pretty well since we’ve been here so long. Patel Nagar is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Sometimes we have to step out to grab a samosa from the corner while waiting for a booking to go through. We don't have a website that looks like a million bucks. We just use our phones and the old computer we’ve had for five years. It works well enough for what we need to do. People come in, tell us where they need to go, and we try to find a way to get them there without spending too much. It’s practical work. My assistant, Rahul, is good with the technical stuff when the printer acts up. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a corporate giant. We’re just a local travel shop in a busy market area. If you need help, we’re usually here until the shops close and the street lights come on.
