Our office is tucked away in West Patel Nagar, specifically in the Shadipur Khampur area at 2969/1. It's a lived-in part of New Delhi, and we've been operating from here for a good bit. If you’re looking for us, we’re easy enough to find once you get into the lane. We spend most of our days dealing with bus bookings and helping people figure out how to get across the city or further out. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us working together. There is always tea brewing somewhere in the back. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually read the newspaper. We handle the usual travel stuff like car rentals and tour plans for families around here. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. It’s a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the local market sounds, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Just some old desks and plenty of maps pinned to the walls. We've seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. We just try to be useful and give people the right information so they don't end up stuck somewhere they don't want to be. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here in this corner of the city.
