Canaught Plaza Resturants Pvt. Ltd (Mc Donald'S)

This place is right in Pocket-F 9C of G.T.B Enclave. Most people just call it the local McDonald's, but the official name on the paperwork is Canaught Plaza Resturants Pvt. Ltd. It’s a busy corner in Delhi. We have the kitchen running from early on, and you can always smell the fries out on the street. It gets really crowded after school lets out and on the weekends when families come by. It’s a lot of fast-paced work, flipping burgers and making sure the shake machine is actually working for once. The floor gets sticky, and we’re constantly mopping it up. It’s not like those fancy offices you see in movies. It’s loud, hot, and there is always a line of people waiting for their food. We try to keep up with the orders, but sometimes it gets overwhelming when a big group walks in all at once. GTB Enclave is a lively area, and being right here in the middle of it means we see all sorts of people every day. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the place isn't too messy. It’s a straightforward job, really. No big secrets to it. We just show up, do the shift, and handle the rush. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the neighborhood pretty well by now. It’s just our daily life here.
