Our office is over in R.K Puram, right here in the heart of New Delhi. We spend most of our time talking about the outdoors, even though we’re stuck inside a building for most of the day. It’s a bit of a contrast. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff for trips and outdoor stays across the country. There are maps pinned to the walls and notebooks scattered around with lists of equipment and dates. It gets pretty hectic during the peak seasons when everyone wants to leave the city at the same time. We have to make a lot of phone calls to check on weather conditions and trail statuses. Sometimes the lines are bad, especially when we're calling more remote areas. The team here is small, just a handful of people who actually enjoy being outside when they get the chance. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things sorted out. People stop by sometimes to ask about gear or where the best spots are this time of year. We tell them what we know from experience. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes things change last minute, but we just handle it as it comes. We’ve been in Delhi for a long while and know our way around the industry well enough to keep things running. It's just a group of us trying to organize good experiences.
