Cambata Aviation Pvt Ltd(Virgin Atlantic)

We are located at 234, Pragati Apartment in Pocket-3, over in Paschim Puri. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads of New Delhi. Our office is just one of the units in the apartment complex. We do a lot of work for Virgin Atlantic from here, mostly handling the administrative and support side of things. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us sitting around desks with our headsets on. We spend most of our time looking at flight data and making sure the records for the airline are correct. It’s a lot of staring at screens and typing in numbers. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we have to keep the fans going at full speed. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and we are right there working. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We have a lot of folders and manuals stacked up on the shelves because there are so many rules to keep track of in aviation. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat while we talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this location for quite a while. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done so the flights can keep moving without any issues on our end.
