We are based in Avantika Enclave at B 27-B in the New Delhi 110085 area. Avantika is a residential part of the city, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs of Delhi. Our office for Cambata Aviation is in a standard building on one of the residential blocks. It is not a huge airport hangar or a massive glass building. We just handle the administrative and management side of the aviation business from this location. There are a few of us in the office every day. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office supplies scattered around. It is a functional space that gets the job done. We do not have fancy art on the walls or a coffee machine that makes ten different kinds of drinks. We just make tea the old-fashioned way in the small pantry. The neighborhood is nice because there are some trees and the roads are not as crazy as downtown. We see our neighbors every morning when we arrive for work and it feels like a real community. Sometimes it gets a bit busy when we have big deadlines, but mostly it is a steady pace. We do not go in for big meetings with fancy presentations. We usually just talk across the room to get things sorted out. It is a simple and honest way to work. We have been at this address for quite some time now.
