Our office is located in a flat in Dwarka Sector 13, which is a bit different from the usual airport setting most people expect for aviation work. It is in Phase-I, Pocket-I, and it serves as our main base for handling all the paperwork and coordination that goes into our services. Since we are in a residential area, it is much quieter than the actual airfield, which helps when we have to go through long manifests or scheduling lists. We have a few desks set up in the main room and the walls are mostly covered in calendars and flight maps. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to make sure everything is lined up for the ground handling side of things. It is a lot of logistics that people don't really see when they are boarding a plane. We deal with staffing, equipment maintenance records, and making sure all the safety protocols are being followed. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving numbers around on a screen, but we know how much it matters for the flights to run on time. We usually have the window open to let in some air, and you can hear the local sounds of the neighborhood while we work. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing papers to taking important calls from the airport. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
