Our office is on the second floor of Wz61A/3 in Vashist Park. It’s right near the Janakpuri D-Block, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the landmarks. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but it also means a lot of walking up and down those stairs every day. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time, handling the aviation-related work that comes our way. The office is usually filled with the sound of printers going and people talking on their mobiles. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk to see what you need. It’s a functional space—nothing more, nothing less. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few desks that we’ve moved around a dozen times to make more room. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in a city center. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the logistics are handled. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, and we’ll order some food from the place around the corner. We’re just a regular team doing our best in this little part of New Delhi.
