Working out of Igi Airport in New Delhi is definitely different from being in a normal office park. We are Cambata Aviation Ltd and our daily life revolves around the constant movement of the airport. You can always hear the planes in the distance, and the whole place has that specific airport energy that never really stops. It is a bit of a maze getting around sometimes, but once you are used to the Igi Airport layout, it is just another day at the office. We do not have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It is a functional space because that is what is needed when you are based at a major airport terminal area. The name Cambata Aviation Ltd has been around for quite a while. People come and go at all hours because the airport never sleeps. We drink a lot of tea to keep going during the long shifts. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture is just stuff that has been here for years. It is not the kind of place where you sit and look at the decor. You are here to handle the business of aviation. It gets dusty with all the construction and movement outside, but we keep our corner as tidy as we can. It is just a real, working environment where everyone knows their role and the planes keep taking off.
