Callba(British Airways)

This is the spot for Callba, tucked away in the DDA SFS Flats in Dwarka Sector 2. It’s Pocket 1, flat 104. It’s basically a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have been here for a bit now. Being in a flat makes the work feel a lot less like a regular corporate job. There’s a kitchen where we make coffee and the balcony looks out over some trees. It’s nice when the weather is good. We deal with things related to British Airways here. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating things over the phone or email. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we do, but we just keep to ourselves and do our work. The parking can be a bit of a headache if you come late in the morning. We usually start around nine. Most of us take the Metro since the station isn't too far away and traffic is bad. It’s a small team, maybe five or six people on a busy day. We don’t have any big signs out front. You just have to know the flat number to find us. It's a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and fixing booking issues. It’s steady work. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the daily grind in Dwarka. It gets the job done and we like being here.
