Call2 Connect

If you walk down towards 195/1 Jeevan Park in Samaipur, you will find our office for Call2 Connect. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but we are used to it by now. Inside, it is mostly just rows of desks and people wearing headsets. We handle calls and data for various things. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a plain structure in a busy part of Delhi-42. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler that stays busy. The fans hum in the background because the heat in Delhi can get pretty bad in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can finish our logs. We talk to people from all over, listening to their questions and typing things into the database. It is repetitive, but it keeps us busy. Some of the guys play cricket in the lane during the break if the weather isn't too hot. We have a lot of paperwork scattered around that never seems to get filed quite right. The paint is peeling a little near the window, but we don't mind much. It is just where we work every day. We know the local tea stall guy by name since we go there every couple of hours. It’s a simple setup for a call place.
