Call Center

We are located at 12/1 Mathura Road, specifically at The Residency within The Medows near the Rai Foundation in Faridabad. It’s a bit of a long address, but that is where we spend our days at the Call Center. As you can imagine, it’s mostly rows of desks and people wearing headsets. It gets pretty noisy in here when everyone is talking at once, but we have gotten used to the hum of voices. We handle a lot of different calls every day. Some people are frustrated when they call us and others are just confused. We just try to answer their questions as best as we can without making things more complicated. It’s a regular job in Haryana. We take our breaks together and talk about things other than work. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, just a place to get the shift done. Sometimes the systems go down and we all just have to sit there waiting for the tech guys to fix it. Those are the quiet moments. We aren't some giant faceless corporation in our minds, just a group of people in Faridabad trying to do a decent job. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just pick up the phone and talk to whoever is on the other end. It’s repetitive sometimes, but it’s what we do to keep the lights on and the business moving. It's just a normal workplace for us.
