Call Ba( British Airways Ltd)

We are over here in Pitampura, specifically at Tu-54 in Vishakha Enclave. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it stays pretty busy with traffic and people moving around all day. It’s just us here handling the Call Ba side of things for British Airways. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we sit with our computers and phones. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a bit of a routine going. We get in early, make some tea, and start looking at the bookings. It can get quite loud when everyone is on a call at once, but we are used to it by now. The building itself is easy to find if you are familiar with the enclave. We don’t really do the whole corporate dress code thing unless someone important is coming by, which doesn't happen too often. Usually, it's just us in our regular clothes trying to get through the pile of work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask for directions or just to say hello. We like being in this part of town because there are good food stalls nearby for lunch. It feels more like a local shop than a big airline office sometimes. We just focus on getting the tickets sorted and answering whatever questions people have. It’s a lot of typing and talking, honestly, but it keeps us busy through the week.
