Our office is on the 2nd Floor of 18/C in Gautam Nagar, New Delhi 110049. It is a busy little place because we have people coming in all day for interviews or to drop off their papers. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you are coming up. Once you get inside, there is a small waiting area with a few chairs that are almost always full. We have two or three rooms where we sit and talk to people about their jobs. It gets pretty loud with all the phones ringing and several conversations happening at the same time. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and calling people back. Some days it feels like we never stop talking. Gautam Nagar is a lively area, and there are plenty of places to get a quick bite to eat nearby, which is good when we have a long day. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go for a bit of fresh air, though it is mostly just looking at the street below. We aren't a huge firm, just a group of us trying to help people find work and help businesses find their staff. It is a lot of juggling and keeping track of names, but we are used to the pace. We have been in this Gautam Nagar spot for a while. It is a good place to work from most of the time and the people here are nice.
