Calibrated Logiatics

We operate out of a small space at F-89/4 on Street 2A. Virender Nagar is one of those places in New Delhi where everyone knows each other. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s mostly just a place where we coordinate trucks and track shipments. There are maps on the walls and plenty of ledgers on the shelves. We’ve had the same phone number for years. The street outside can get pretty cramped when a delivery van is trying to back in, so we often have to go out and help guide the drivers. We don’t use any fancy software that does everything for us; we still rely a lot on pens, paper, and phone calls. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it keeps things accurate. Sometimes we stay late when a cargo load is stuck somewhere, drinking cold tea and waiting for the phone to ring. We don't have a corporate lobby or a water cooler. We just have our desks and our work. It’s a practical business. We’ve lived in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we understand how the traffic and the weather affect the timing of everything. We just try to keep our word and get the goods moved. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours.
