Caf Coffe Day

We are located at number 15 in Khan Market. It’s a well-known spot in New Delhi, and there’s always something happening around here. The name on the sign says Caf Coffe Day, though most people just know us as the local coffee place on the corner. Khan Market is always crowded with people shopping or just hanging out. Our space isn't huge, but it's where we spend all our days. We make a lot of coffee, obviously, and clear a lot of tables. It’s a lot of standing and moving around for the staff. The machines are always making noise, and there’s a constant hum of people talking and laughing. We don't try to be anything special or artisanal. We’re just the staff who show up, put on the aprons, and get to it. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or a lightbulb flickers, and we just deal with it as it happens. We don’t have some big corporate philosophy we talk about. We just want to make sure the floor is swept and the coffee is ready when someone wants it. It’s a practical job in a very busy part of the city. We see all kinds of people, from students to busy office workers. We don't use fancy language to describe the beans or the atmosphere. It’s just a shop in Khan Market where you can sit down for a little while.
