Cabana Estates

Our office is located at Siddh Apartment, which is in Plot 107 in the I.P. Extension area of Patparganj. If you know Delhi, you know this part of the city is quite crowded but has a lot of life to it. We are on the ground floor, G-2 specifically. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters, talking to people who are looking for a place or trying to sort out their current housing situation. It’s a lot of phone calls and showing people around. The office isn’t huge, but it fits us just fine. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people visit to discuss things. Patparganj has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen it happen from right here in this apartment complex. Dealing with real estate means you meet all sorts of characters. Some days are slow and we just sit and catch up on filing, while other days everyone seems to call at once. We don't use any big fancy slogans. We just know the local streets and the buildings around here pretty well. It's mostly about helping folks find what they need without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer heat and we just open the door for some air. It's a regular local business run by people who live nearby. We just try to be helpful when someone walks in and asks about a flat.
