Cabana Estates (P) Ltd

Our office is at House No 80 on Street No 6. It’s right on Shiv Mandir Marg in the Maujpur area of Delhi. The pin code is 110 053. Cabana Estates (P) Ltd is the name on the paperwork, but we’re just a handful of people working out of this house. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the people heading to the temple. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The office inside is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have to keep. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk. We handle property matters mostly, but it’s all very straightforward. We don’t use any of those big marketing words. We just talk to people and try to get the forms filled out right. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains, and we have to move the cars. It’s just a normal part of being in Maujpur. We’re usually here from morning until late afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to finish our work and head home to our families. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us and the people who come to see us at number 80. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this street, but we stay put.
