We are located at 30/77A in Joshi Colony, over in the Patpargunj area of New Delhi. This is the local office for BVG India Ltd., focusing on facility management. Basically, we handle the cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep for different buildings and sites around the city. Our office in Joshi Colony is where the supervisors meet and where we keep the equipment and supplies. It’s a busy place with people coming in to pick up their assignments for the day. Patpargunj is a crowded area, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the various teams we have out at different locations. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We aren't sitting in a high-rise glass building; we are right here in the colony where we can manage things easily. Sometimes we have to deal with broken machines or staff shortages, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s about keeping things running for our clients. The paperwork side of things happens at these desks, tracking the schedules and the payroll. We’ve been operating from this New Delhi spot for a while. It’s a no-frills environment where we just focus on the job at hand. Everyone here knows their role and we just get on with it.
