Our office is on the second floor of a double-storey building. It's numbers 19 and 20, over in New Rajendra Nagar. It’s a solid old building in a part of New Delhi that’s been around for a long while. Working for Bvg India Ltd from here means we’re right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow. You have to watch your step. Once you get inside, it’s just a normal office. We have desks and computers and people drinking tea. We don’t go in for anything flashy. The neighborhood outside is full of parks and people walking their dogs. It is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. The work can be a lot sometimes. We just take it one day at a time. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and find whoever you need to talk to. It gets a bit hot in the summer when the sun hits the windows. We have the fans going then. It’s a practical place for practical work. We spend our hours making calls and filing papers. We talk about what needs to get done next. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town. We like it.
