We are located at H-694 in Mangol Puri, right in the middle of everything in New Delhi-110083. Our building is a bit older, and you can tell by the way the stairs creak sometimes. Inside, it's mostly stacks of paper and people coming in and out with different questions. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily grind of keeping things running. It’s not always easy because Mangol Puri is a very busy area and there’s always something happening right outside our window. The desks are covered in folders, and we have a lot of files that go back a long time. We don't really go for any of those modern office designs; we just have what we need to do the job. Some of us have been working here for years, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. We see the same faces walking by every day, and it feels like being part of a big neighborhood rather than just an office. The lights are bright, and the fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we manage. We’re not here to give big speeches about what we do, we just handle the tasks as they come. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s what keeps the place going.
