We are located in C.R. Park at D-738, which is a nice part of New Delhi to be in. Brocade Communications Pvt. Ltd. operates out of this building, and it’s a fairly typical South Delhi residential street. There’s a lot of greenery around, and you can smell the food from the nearby markets, especially in the evenings when things get busy. Our office isn't some massive tech hub; it’s more of a practical space where we handle the communication side of things. We have rows of servers and a lot of cables running along the floor that we try not to trip over. The team is small, and we’ve been working together for a long time, so there’s a lot of joking around while we fix technical issues. Sometimes the internet goes wonky or the power cuts out for a minute, and we all just sit there waiting for the backup to kick in. It’s just the reality of working in this part of town. We don’t have a big receptionist area or leather couches. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a small pantry where the fridge is always making a strange humming noise. We like it here because it feels like a neighborhood rather than a cold office district. We just do our work and head out to the market for some snacks when we need a break. It is a relaxed environment where we focus on the technical details.
