Broadview Travels

Our travel office is situated at Wz-83-I in Mahavir Enclave, which is over in the Palam area of New Delhi. It is a busy part of the city, and our building is right in the thick of it. We have been here at this address for quite some time now. It’s not a very big office, just a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. We handle a lot of different travel requests every day. Some are simple and some take a lot more time to figure out. We don't have any flashy posters or big advertisements in the window. We just rely on being here and doing the work that needs to be done. The street outside can be quite loud with all the rickshaws and people passing by, but inside we just focus on the computers and the phones. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to do a good job for the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles when it gets really hot, but we manage. It’s a very local feel here. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't use any complicated language or sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and let them decide what works for them. The office is plain and a bit old-fashioned, but it serves our purposes just fine for now.
