British High Comission

We are located over at 31/19-20 in West Patel Nagar, right in the heart of the area. It is an interesting spot to work because Patel Nagar is always full of life and noise. Our office handles a lot of the day-to-day paperwork and meetings that come with being part of the British High Commission. It is a lot of filing, answering phones, and talking to people who come through the doors with different questions. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of New Delhi. We have desks piled with folders and there is usually a queue of some sort depending on the time of day. We don't really do anything flashy here. It is just about getting through the documents and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. The local shops nearby are where we usually grab lunch. It is a very grounded place to work. You wouldn't think such important things happen in a regular building in West Patel Nagar, but here we are. We keep things organized as best as we can. It’s a busy environment but we have a good rhythm going. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the regulars who stop by. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much complaint.
