British Airways

We are based out of Vasant Kunj, which is a pretty busy part of Delhi. Our office here for British Airways handles a lot of the local details that people don't usually see. It isn't like the airport with planes taking off every minute. It’s more about desks, computers, and a lot of phone conversations. The area is nice, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We spend our time going through schedules and making sure everything is lined up right. It’s a lot of staring at spreadsheets and trying to fix mistakes before they become problems. We have a small crew and we’ve all been here for a while. We don't have a big fancy lobby for people to wait in. It’s just a functional space where we get our heads down and work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. There’s no corporate script we follow when we talk; we just try to be helpful and get the job done. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office decor, we just want to make sure the work is finished by the end of the day. It's just us here in the city.
