We have been based at E-9 on Prithvi Raj Lane for a good number of years now. Being in Khan Market means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient for people living in New Delhi. Our office isn't one of those massive airport terminals; it is just a simple place where we handle the daily tasks of running an airline office. Most days are spent looking at flight schedules on the computer or helping someone who had a problem with their booking online. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when the market outside is full of shoppers and cars. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the printers jam or the phone lines get a bit fuzzy, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just want to make sure your tickets are right and your questions get answered. It is a lot of paperwork and administrative stuff that keeps us occupied. The office itself is pretty basic with just the essentials needed to get the job done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over time, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s a steady job and we try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a place to work.
