Down in Sector-1 of R K Puram, you’ll find our office at Qr-20. It’s an interesting spot for an airline office like British Airways because it’s not at the airport or in a high-rise downtown. It’s more of a quiet, residential-style area. We’ve been here in New Delhi for quite some time now. Most of what we do here involves the behind-the-scenes parts of the airline business. It’s not all about flying; there’s a lot of ground work that needs to happen too. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers and our tea station, and that’s about it. We don't have a fancy reception area with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a bunch of us working through the logistics of travel every day. R K Puram is a nice place to work because it feels more like a community than a sterile business district. You get to know the people walking their dogs or going to the local market. We try to keep things low-key here. There’s no need for big announcements or polished speeches. We just handle the tasks that come our way. Whether it's sorting out local admin or dealing with travel schedules, we just get on with it. It’s a steady pace here. We like that it's a bit tucked away from the main chaos of the city center. It makes for a better workday for everyone involved. It's just a regular office doing regular things.
