British Airways

We are based in Dwarka at Flat No-748 in Sector-19, Pocket-3. This is out in New Delhi and it is a residential pocket where things are mostly quiet. Working for British Airways from this location is a bit different because it is inside an apartment complex. You have to go through the main gate and the security guards usually ask where you are going. The flat is on one of the upper floors and we use the rooms as our workspace. It feels very private and away from the main city rush. We have our computers and some chairs set up in what would normally be the living room. From the balcony, you can see the other blocks and the kids playing in the park below. It is a nice change from a big noisy office building. We keep our own hours for the most part and handle the work as it comes in. Sometimes the lift in the building is being repaired so we have to take the stairs which is a bit of a climb. We drink a lot of coffee while we are looking at our screens and the paperwork. It is a very small setup but it works for what we have to do. Most people in the building are just our neighbors going about their lives while we are here doing our work.
