Our office is at 4A/15 in Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and small businesses all packed together. We handle a lot of the travel stuff from here, which means we spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones. It’s mostly about helping people figure out their flights and dealing with all the little details that come with travel. The office isn't very large, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files piling up. We aren't the ones flying the planes; we are the ones in Rajinder Nagar making sure the paperwork is correct. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people talking, so we usually keep the windows shut. We have a small tea station in the corner that gets a lot of use throughout the day. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than any other shop on the block. We just do our work, answer the questions we can, and go home at the end of the shift. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we have to wait for things to load, which can be frustrating for everyone. But that's just how it goes sometimes. We are just a small part of a big operation, working out of a regular building in Delhi-110060.
