Our office for British Airways is tucked away in the L-1/90-B Dda Flats over in Kalkaji. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like those big glass buildings you see in other parts of New Delhi-110019. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the paperwork and whatever else comes our way. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except when the phones start ringing all at once. We like being in Kalkaji because there are good places to grab a quick bite nearby during lunch. The office itself is just a regular setup with some desks, computers, and files stacked up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture; we just need a place to sit and do the work. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we move things around to make it work. Most of us have been working together here for a while, so we know how each other likes their coffee. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to stay on top of things. If you are looking for us, just head toward the DDA Flats and you’ll find us easily. It’s a straightforward setup and we prefer it that way. No big logos on every wall, just a group of people trying to get through the to-do list before the day ends. It feels more like a local workplace than a giant international thing when you're inside.
