Down at 4001 B5 And 6 in Vasant Kunj, you’ll find the British Airways office. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and finding a parking spot nearby can be a real headache some mornings. The office itself is full of people who spend most of their lives on headsets or typing away. We have these big windows, but they mostly look out at other buildings and the traffic moving along the main road. It’s a professional environment, but it’s definitely got that lived-in feel. There are stacks of manuals on the shelves and plenty of empty tea mugs on the desks by the end of the shift. We deal with a lot of logistics and customer issues that come in from all over. The carpets are that standard office grey, and the lights are a bit too bright, but we’re used to it. We aren't some fancy lounge; we are the ones doing the work to make sure things happen. Vasant Kunj is a good area, but it gets very busy, so we usually just stay inside and focus on the screens. There’s a little break room where we all gather to complain about the commute or talk about our weekend plans. It’s just a normal group of people working for a big name in a local setting.
