British Airways

Our office is over in Shakarpur, specifically at B-2/703 Ganesh Nagar II. This is in the Delhi 92 area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of narrow lanes and shops everywhere you look. You wouldn’t necessarily expect to find British Airways in a spot like B-2/703, but that is where we are located. It’s a small office, mostly just a place to handle the local side of things for people. We aren't at the airport or in a fancy skyscraper downtown. We’re right here in the middle of the local neighborhood. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are quite narrow. We spend our days mostly on the computers or talking to people on the phone about their travel. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the local vendors calling out, but it’s the heart of the city. We don't have any big flashy logos on the walls inside the office. It’s just desks, some chairs, and plenty of files tucked away. Most of us have been working in this area for years. We know the guy who sells snacks down the street and the postman by his first name. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use any corporate talk or big words here. We just focus on getting the work done every single day from our little corner of Shakarpur. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the people we meet.
