Our office is located at D2/81 in Janak Puri. It’s a regular building in a residential and commercial mix of New Delhi. We don’t have planes parked outside, of course, but we do all the ground work that makes travel possible. It’s a small team of us here, mostly focusing on bookings, ticketing, and helping people with their travel plans. The space is simple—just desks, computers, and a few chairs for visitors. Janak Puri is a big area, but people usually find us without too much trouble. We spend most of our day talking to customers or looking up flight details on the system. It can get pretty busy, especially when there are holidays coming up. We aren't a big corporate headquarters; we’re just a local branch where people can come for help. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through all the emails. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. We don’t use any fancy language or try to impress anyone. We just try to get the tickets booked and the questions answered as clearly as we can. It’s a straightforward job and we like the routine of it. Being in 110058 makes us accessible to a lot of local families who are planning their trips abroad. We are just here doing our part to get people moving.
