We are located in the New Delhi area, specifically reaching into the Haryana side with the 110022 pin code. This is our home base for the work we do here in India. It's a big name on the building, but inside, it's just us at our desks. We deal with all the stuff that comes with running flights and helping passengers with their travel plans. The office gets quite busy during the peak seasons when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time. We spend our mornings checking lists and our afternoons on the phone. The area around here is always moving, with cars and buses constantly passing by. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels like we are in the middle of everything. We have a small pantry where we take turns making tea and chatting about our weekends. It's a straightforward job, really. We look at screens, talk to people who are sometimes a bit stressed about their trips, and try to sort things out. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The building is solid and does its job, just like us. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we are used to the New Delhi traffic by now. We just keep things moving along day after day. The office layout is simple and we focus on the tasks at hand.
