British Airways

We are located at House No-17, Sector 9 in R.K. Puram. This is where British Airways has this small setup in New Delhi. It is a bit different because we are in a residential area instead of a big commercial building. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work here like managing schedules and talking to other departments. The office is inside a regular house so it feels quite quiet compared to the main city. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day checking flight details and handling the paperwork that comes with running an airline operation. It is not a place where people usually come to buy tickets over a counter, but we stay busy with all the technical stuff. The staff here has been around for a while and we know how the local area works. We drink a lot of coffee and stay on top of the emails coming in from the main airport. Sometimes the street outside is quiet and other times there are kids playing nearby, which is just part of being in Sector 9. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights on the building. We just come in every morning, do our shifts, and make sure the flights are tracked properly. It is a steady kind of job and we just focus on the task at hand without much fuss or noise.
