This particular office is located in Sadh Nagar, over in Palam Colony. We are tucked away in Street Number 9 at Wz-1110. It’s a residential neighborhood, not the kind of place you’d expect to find a big name like British Airways, but this is where we handle some of our local operations. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have the big terminal lounges or the shiny check-in counters here. It’s just an office where we manage specific tasks and deal with a lot of administrative work. The streets around here are narrow and can get quite congested, so it’s always an adventure getting to work in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend our time looking at flight data and handling queries that come through. It feels very different from being at the actual airport. Sometimes people find it hard to locate us because it’s such a local street. We don’t have any fancy decorations. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go for a break. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the people in the street know us. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood for them. We do our work, follow the schedules, and try to keep things organized. It’s a quiet way to be part of such a big airline. We don't really see many passengers here, just a lot of paperwork and digital files to manage every day.
