Our office is on the first floor at T-32 on Road No.20 in West Patel Nagar. It is a bit of a climb up those stairs, but it's a good spot once you finally get inside. We handle things for British Airways from this corner of New Delhi. It isn't some massive airport terminal with shiny floors, just a practical office space where we manage bookings and help people with their travel questions. West Patel Nagar is always moving, and our road is usually full of cars and people rushing to work. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street. We have a few computers and a lot of files to keep track of every day. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of the summer heat, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or anything like that. We just help with the logistics of flying. Most of us have worked here long enough to know the flight schedules by heart. It’s a straightforward job. We talk to people who are going to see family or heading off for work. It’s always interesting to hear where everyone is going. The office isn't overly decorated, just some maps and the usual office supplies scattered around. We stay busy with the phones ringing most of the day.
