British Airways

We've been working out of this first-floor spot in Hari Nagar for a while now. It’s located at B-72, right in the middle of a busy part of New Delhi. Most people think of big airport offices when they hear the name British Airways, but our day-to-day happens right here among the local shops and houses. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and logistics that keep things moving. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a desk. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hour in 110064, but we’re used to it. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, and we spend most of our time dealing with flight schedules and customer queries that come through the system. We don't have a big glossy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to get through the afternoon slump. We’ve been at this address long enough that the neighbors know us. The work can be repetitive, checking details and making sure names match up, but it’s what we do. It’s a regular office job in a regular Delhi neighborhood. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the files. It gets busy, especially when there are changes to the routes, but we just get on with it one day at a time. It’s just us and the paperwork.
