You can find us over on the first floor in West Patel Nagar. It’s not a huge airport terminal or anything like that, just our local office at 18/13. Most people call us up or drop by when they have issues with their flights or need to sort out some paperwork. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal office with desks and computers. We deal with a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Delhi can be quite noisy outside, especially in Patel Nagar, but we’ve got used to the sound of the traffic while we work. It’s a small team here. We don't really do the big corporate speeches. We just try to help people get their tickets sorted so they can get where they’re going. Sometimes the systems are slow, which is frustrating for everyone, but we just keep at it. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the locals know where we are. We don't have a big shiny storefront, just the office upstairs where the real work happens. It gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we manage. There is a small tea shop downstairs that we visit whenever we need a break from the screens. It keeps us going through the long afternoons when the phones don't stop ringing.
