British Airways Plc

Our office for British Airways Plc is situated at 235 Ambica Vihar in the Paschim Vihar area. It’s an interesting spot for an airline office because Paschim Vihar is more of a settled neighborhood than a commercial hub. The office at 110087 is where a lot of the back-end stuff happens. We have phones ringing quite a bit and people working on flight schedules or customer issues. It’s not the airport, so you don't see planes, but the work we do here keeps things moving in the right direction. The building is a standard size for the area, and we have a few rooms filled with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The staff usually brings lunch from home or grabs something from the nearby market. We don't have a fancy cafeteria or a lounge. It is just a place where we come to put in our hours and make sure the administrative side of the airline is running okay. The traffic in Paschim Vihar can be a bit slow in the evenings, so most of us try to wrap up and head out before the rush starts. It is a functional workspace that serves its purpose for our daily operations in New Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on the tasks we have to finish.
