Our office is located at D 104, on Street Number 10 in Zakir Nagar, Okhla. If you know Zakir Nagar, you know it is one of the most crowded and lively neighborhoods in New Delhi. The streets are very narrow, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We are on the first floor, so we can see all the people and scooters passing by all day. It’s a very different setting than what you might expect for an airline office. We handle the local administration and support work from here. It is not a shiny glass building; it is just a regular floor in a busy street. We have a small team of people who have been working together for a long time. The office is pretty basic with just the essential desks and computers. We don't have any fancy marketing talk or polished slogans. We just get through our daily tasks and help out wherever we are needed. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to find us if you’re not used to the Zakir Nagar layout, but once you find Street Number 10, it’s easy. The smell of local food from the stalls downstairs often drifts up into the office, which is one of the perks of being here. We like the energy of Okhla and are happy to be tucked away in this part of the city. It’s a real, human place to work.
