British Airways Call Ba

Our office is on the first floor over at 203 C in Arjun Nagar. It’s right in the Safdarjung Enclave area of New Delhi. We’ve been here for a while now, handling calls and dealing with all sorts of questions about British Airways. It’s a busy place, especially when things are moving fast in the travel world. The desks are usually covered in headsets and coffee mugs because we spend a lot of time talking to people. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We try to be helpful without sounding like robots. Sometimes the lines are busy and we feel bad for the wait, but we're just people on the other end doing our best. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We have some stairs to climb and the neighborhood has its own rhythm. We don't really have a big sign outside that flashes, just a place where work gets done. Most of us live nearby or commute in on the metro. We know the 110029 area well. When the phones aren't ringing, we're usually just catching up on paperwork or chatting about the day. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up, answer the calls, and try to get the details right for everyone. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for us and the people who call. It keeps us on our toes for sure.
