We operate out of C-77 in Shalimar Garden Extension 2. It’s over in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad, which can get pretty crowded during the rush hours. Our office is just a regular room in the building where we handle all the day-to-day tasks that come our way. It’s not a big corporate setup like you might expect from the name, but more of a local branch where a few of us sit and work. The power goes out occasionally in this part of town, so we’ve got our backups ready. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives, so it’s a fairly friendly atmosphere around the block. We don’t have fancy signs or a reception desk that looks like a movie set. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of papers. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for people to reach us on time, so we tell everyone to start a bit early. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a practical way to work. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. If you’re coming from Delhi, it’s a bit of a drive, but once you find Shalimar Garden, we’re not too hard to spot. We just keep things low-key and do what needs doing without much noise.
