We are based out of H.No -1/A in Prem Vihar, specifically on Street No - 4. This is over in the Nagali Dairy area of Najafgarh, New Delhi. The pin code is 110043. Being in Najafgarh means we are a bit away from the main city center, which is actually nice because it feels more like a community here. We handle travel bookings and stuff like that from our small office. It is not a polished corporate space. It’s more like a room we converted into an office so we could help people with their trips. We have some maps on the wall and a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done. Most of the people who come to us are locals from Prem Vihar or nearby streets. They know us by name, and we know them too. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. Usually, someone just tells their cousin about us and that’s how we get our customers. Sometimes the cows from the dairy area walk past the door, and that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure your flight or train ticket is booked correctly and you don't have any trouble. It’s a very basic, honest way of doing business. We open up in the morning, stay late if we have to, and then go home. It works for us.
