We are based at C-328 on Minto Road in New Delhi. It is a central spot, so we are right in the thick of things. Being in the food business means we have a lot of moving parts to keep track of. This office is where the planning happens. We deal with the supply chain, the distribution of our bread products, and all the boring paperwork that comes with running a bakery company. It smells a bit like paper and old folders in here, not fresh bread, unfortunately, since the actual baking happens elsewhere. Minto Road is always busy with cars and people heading toward Connaught Place. Our building is a bit older, and you can feel the age of the place in the hallways. We have desks piled with invoices and delivery schedules. It can get a bit overwhelming when a shipment is late or a machine breaks down, but we just roll with it. There is usually someone complaining about the air conditioning not being cold enough or the tea being too sweet. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to make sure that the bread gets to where it needs to go on time. It isn't a flashy tech startup or anything like that. We just focus on the logistics and the daily grind of the food industry in India.
