We are located at House Number 447 on Street Number 8 in Durga Puri Extension, over in Shahdara. Bread&More has been part of the Kwalitygroup for a while, but this local spot is where we do our thing. The smell of baking bread is usually the first thing you notice when you get close. We start early in the morning when most of the neighborhood is still asleep. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with the flour sacks and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature. The shop isn't very big, and it can get a bit crowded when the fresh batches come out. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make bread and other baked goods for the people around here. Shahdara is a busy place, and Street Number 8 has its own rhythm. We have our regulars who come in every day for their usual order. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, which can be frustrating, but we try to plan better for the next day. The staff is mostly local, so we know the area well. It’s hot work near the ovens, especially in the Delhi summer. We just keep the doors open and keep working. It’s a simple life of baking and selling, and we are fine with that. No big corporate offices, just a bakery in a busy street. We just try to keep the quality steady for everyone.
