You can find us over at 108/3, Sector-1, on M.B. Road in Pushp Vihar. It is a busy stretch of road and we are right in the thick of it. Early in the morning, it is actually quite nice when the first things come out of the oven. The smell is the only thing that gets us through the early shifts. By midday, it’s loud with cars and people heading to work. We aren't a big factory; it's a smaller setup where we actually put in the work by hand. The counters are usually covered in flour by noon. We have some regular customers from the nearby sectors who stop by every day. It’s not a polished, high-end café experience. We have basic chairs and the floor gets swept ten times a day but still looks lived in. The staff here is mostly local folks. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. If someone asks what’s fresh, we just tell them what just came off the rack. M.B. Road is always dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the front windows. It’s a lot of work and it’s hot near the ovens, but that is just the job. We have been in Pushp Vihar for a bit now and it feels like a solid part of the community. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, bake, and sell what we made that day.
