Our small BPO setup is inside Flat No. 7 at A-163 in Savitri Nagar. It is very close to Malviya Nagar, which is where most of us go if we need to grab something to eat or go to the market after work. Since it’s a residential flat, it feels more like a home than a regular office building. We have a few rows of desks with computers and headsets, and it can get quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are entering or leaving the building late at night. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting in the hallway is sometimes flickery, but the flat itself is comfortable enough for our team. We handle a lot of data entry and basic phone support for different clients. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see everyone busy at their stations. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our tiffin boxes. Working in Savitri Nagar is convenient because it is well connected, even if the streets get a bit cramped during the day. We just focus on finishing our shifts and making sure the calls are handled as they come in, one by one, without much fuss.
